- Our calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
- We use analytics to understand which pages are read. This is aggregated, not used to identify you personally.

Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and keep the correspondence for our records. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and content you submit, along with your IP address.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server logs record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site you arrived from. This is standard technical logging used for security and to keep the site working.
What the tools do not collect
Every calculator on this site runs as JavaScript in your own browser. Rates, revenue figures, client names, invoice details and any text you paste stay on your device. None of it is sent to our server, saved, or visible to us. Closing the page discards it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential site function and for analytics that tell us which articles are read and how people arrive. Analytics data is aggregated and used to decide what to write next.
We may also display advertising from third-party networks, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can control or delete cookies through your own browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site or the tools.
Third parties
We use a web hosting provider to serve the site, and analytics and advertising providers as described above. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Some articles link to external websites. Once you follow a link, that site’s privacy policy applies rather than ours, and we have no control over what they collect.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email omegadesign.360@outlook.com and we will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
